 MEETING THE TEAMS

    The participants and the officials who arrive at the Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow need to come up to the registration board. Representatives of LOC will work there and they will answer all the questions.
One can get from Moscow to Cheboksary by train and by plane.

 FLIGHTS

    There are regular flights from the Vnukovo airport. Departure from Moscow - 21.40 (9.40 p.m.). Arrival at Cheboksary - 22.40 (10.40 p.m.). Departure from Cheboksary - 7.40 (7.40 a.m.). Arrival at Moscow - 8.40 (8.40 a.m.).(valable till 30.03.08).

    The charter flights Moscow - Cheboksary will be organized on May, 8 at 20.00 (8.00 p.m.) and 22.00 (10.00 p.m.). On May, 12 the charter flights Cheboksary - Moscow will be organized at 6.00 (6.00 a.m.) and at 8.00 (8.00 a.m.). These flights are paid by LOC.

    The company Lufthansa organizes regular flights Frankfurt – Kazan – Frankfurt. Departure from Frankfurt on May, 8 - 21.50, flight LH 3210. Arrival at Kazan – 5.25. Departure from Kazan on May, 12 - 6.40, flight LH 3211. Arrival at Frankfurt – 10.50.

 TRAINS

     The train «Chuvashia» №54 runs regularly from the Kazansky railway station in Moscow. Departure from Moscow is at 20.42 (8.42 p.m.). Duration of traveling is 12 hours. Arrival in Cheboksary is at 8.38 (8.38 a.m.).
     In Moscow the sportsmen will be transferred from the airport Sheremetyevo to the airport Vnukovo. Also the participants of the competitions and the special guests will brought by bus from the Sheremetyevo airport to the Kazansky railway station.
     The participants of the competitions who will arrive at the airports of Kazan and Nizhny Novgorod will be met by the representatives of LOC.
     There will be information boards at the airport where the representatives of LOC are going to work.
Comfortable buses will bring the participants from the airports of Kazan and Nizhny Novgorod to Cheboksary. Distance from Kazan to Cheboksary is 150 km. From Nizhny Novgorod to Cheboksary - 250 km.
     Teams should specify in their confirmations how they will reach up to a Cheboksary.
