COST OF THE ACCOMODATION

The accommodation of the teams in double rooms including meals will not exceed 85$ per day for one participant of the competitions.
All the questions concerning the expenditures on additional sportsmen and officials must be settled on arrival. The payment is made by cash (rubles, US dollars, euros) or by credit cards (VISA, EuroCard / MasterCard).
All the phone, bar, laundry bills, etc. must be settled with the manager of the hotel the day before the team leaves.

RESERVATION

All the primary reservations must be done through the IAAF with the Preliminary claim form, and then confirmed through the IAAF online system of claims.

INFORMATION DESKS IN THE HOTELS

An information desk with an experienced staff providing any necessary information in Russian and English (general, technical, medical and transport) will work in every hotel foyer.

Office hours: 8-12 May, 7 a.m. – 10.30 p.m.

TEAM MEETING ROOMS

The delegations may use the meeting rooms in hotels. The head of a delegation must apply to the informational center for reservation.

MEALS

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served at hotels, in the dining hall for sportsmen. You must show the accreditation certificate to get there. The participants will also get coupons which will be collected by the staff at the entrance to the restaurants.
Menus will be compiled taking into account the religion and cultural peculiarities of the countries-participants.
A buffet will be organized for the participants of the competitions.
Meals served hours:

• Breakfast: 6 a.m. – 10 a.m. (May 12, the departure day: 5 a.m. – 10 a.m.);
• Lunch: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m;
• Dinner: 6 p.m. – 1 a.m

On Sunday, May 11, the dinner will be served only during the banquet.

BANQUET

All the members of the delegations are invited to the banquet which will take place on Sunday, the 11 of May, at 7.00 p.m. in the entertainment center “GALAKTIKA”. The information is available in the informational centers of the hotels and the attaches of the teams.
